There are two exits of the Autostrada del Sole (A1) arriving here:
- Valdarno: recommended for those coming from the south (Arezzo, Rome)
- Incisa-Reggello: recommended for those coming from the North (Florence, Milan)
- By train
With regional fast trains it’s possible have fast links to Florence and Arezzo in about half an hour from the three largest stations located in the middle of the valley and are:
- Figline Valdarno
- San Giovanni Valdarno
- Montevarchi – Terranuova

Moving in Valdarno Superiore
The best way to move in Valdarno is by car and with good weather by motorbike which is possible to see better the most beautiful area of the hills.
- Rignano Sull’Arno – Reggello (the closest station to the famous outlet “The Mall”)
- Incisa Valdarno
- Laterina
- Bucine
